RIP CITY - (Drama/Youth) 17-year-old computer nerd, Wallace Fenn leaves the toxic wasteland of Eastern Oregon, following Samantha, the girl who left him, for Portland. Once arrived, Wallace falls prey to a bizarre array of characters, including nuns, donut making widowers, cops, medical marijuana purveyors, office supply salesmen, poets, welfare moms and homeless kids, ensuring Wallace's demise or his will to come of age.
